News

The Nesquehoning Borough Council Members will be holding their Regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Borough office. 

The Nesquehoning Police Department is now in the process of hiring part-time police officers.  Applications may be obtained at the Borough office or the Police Department. 

There is a BURN BAN in effect for the Borough of Nesquehoning, until further notice. 

The Nesquehoning Borough Authority Regular Meeting will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.

The Borough of Nesquehoning and the Nesquehoning Borough Authority will be closed on Good Friday, April 18th and Easter Monday, April 21st, 2014 for the Easter Holiday.

Please check the Borough's Calendar for Bulk Garbage Pick-up dates and any changes to the regular garbage pick-up dates due to holidays. 

The Borough of Nesquehoning's Code of Ordinances is now available on line. 

 The Nesquehoning Borough Council Members are looking for volunteers to serve on the Recreation Commission and the Civil Service Commission.  Anyone who is interested should submit a letter of interest to the Borough office.
