The Nesquehoning Borough Council Members will be holding their Regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Borough office. 

The Nesquehoning Police Department is now in the process of hiring a full-time police officer.  Applications may be obtained at the Borough office or the Police Department.  Applications must be returned by 4:00 p.m. on January 23, 2015 in a sealed envelope accompanied by a $35.00 application fee.  

The Nesquehoning Historical Society will be holding a Meeting Tuesday, November 18, 2014 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Borough office. 

The Nesquehoning Borough Authority Regular Meeting will be held on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.

The Borough of Nesquehoning and the Nesquehoning Borough Authority will be closed on Thursday & Friday, December 25 & 26, 2014 for the Christmas Holiday. They will be closed on January 1, 2015 for New Year's Day. 

Please check the Borough's Calendar for Large item Garbage Pick-up dates and any changes to the regular garbage pick-up dates due to holidays. 

The Borough of Nesquehoning's Code of Ordinances is now available on line. 

 The Nesquehoning Borough Council Members are looking for volunteers to serve on the Recreation Commission.  Anyone who is interested should submit a letter of interest to the Borough office.
